Katie's Truth started as Katie's secret. Her secret was that she struggled silently with bulimia nervosa. With her passing in 2019, her family found a passion to help those struggling with eating disorders as well as their families. This foundation was created out of a desire to raise awareness and provide resources that they felt were not accessible during their time of need. In hopes that we're building a world where no one faces an eating disorder alone.
